History

My background varies but it is perfectly positioned to make my current role, the best I can be. I started out in horses, that is to say , I was an exercise rider with Steeplechase horses, I traveled all over the East Coast from Saratoga to West Virginia, then my stint as an exercise rider, for a Top Maryland Breeder, of 2 year old thoroughbreds. I then transitioned to Endurance racing , after a time as a lumber truck driver, waitress , and bartender and getting a degree in Nursing. I traveled the US and the world, racing endurance horses and was then hired as a trainer of Endurance in Dubai. My return to the US, after a few years in the Middle East, is what brought me to Aspen. I fell in love instantly, A new feeling for me and the plan to never leave was written in stone. My interests however continued to evolve in many directions, I was a horse rider, Nurse ,in nearly all fields, but mostly Orthopedics, I was an employee and co- owner of an Outfitting company in Marble & Redstone Colorado and finally ended up in Aspen, as the Sole Owner of : Pete’s Ponies LLC. All these experiences enhanced my ability to provide a unique service to all of my clients.
